Ferrari 312T
Based on the 312B3 from 74, the next cars for the Ferrari team were the 312T models. These brought 27 race wins, four Constructors’ and three Drivers’ Championships, from 1975 to 1980.

The car was powered by a flat-12 engine of around 510bhp. The T in the name stood for ‘transverse’, given it’s gearbox mounting in the shape of a T, becoming a key piece, improving the car’s handling.
It was driven by Niki Lauda to victory in his two World Championships in 1975 and 1977, followed by Jody Scheckter becoming World Champion in 1979.
