Manor Marussia to race in Australia
"I want to thank all of the teams, the FIA, Formula One Management, our suppliers and staff and of course all of the fans for the support we've received over the past six months" -Graeme Lowdon
Marussia Manor Racing is now set to compete in the 2015 season opener on the streets of Melbourne. Following their application to compete formally approved by the FIA late February, the team announced their first driver Will Stevens, and now reveal they will be ready for Australia with an "interim machine", before introducing a new car later in the year.
It is also confirmed John Booth carries on as Team Principal, with Graeme Lowdon as president and sporting director.
Welcome back, Marussia.
